LUMAX LED luminaire Plant

With LUMAX you can enhance the colors of your fish, speed up plant growth and time a spectacular sunset, simply by combining different lamps.

LUMAX LED lamps are available in five different color combinations, so you can easily find a combination that suits you, you can read more about the different lights below. Combined with additional equipment such as the smart LED controller that allows you to adjust the amount of light, create sunrise and sunset, imitate the changing strength of daylight via the cloud function and not least create moonlight in your aquarium at night, the possibilities are almost endless.

With LUMAX you are the lighting architect of your aquarium. You can move the lights around, change and add new lights as often as you like. For example, you can move the lights all the way to the front of the aquarium, so you avoid a shadow on the side of the fish facing you.

The slim design of the LUMAX lamps means that you can easily place them on the crossbars under the aquarium lid, and if you have a large light requirement, there is room for many lamps next to each other. It also means that you still have light in the aquarium, even if you remove the lid – this is often a great help when you just need to fix something down there.

LUMAX comes in three lengths and five different color variations: PLANT, SOL, WHITE, WHITE/BLUE and pure BLUE. The lengths are adapted to the MOVE, FUSION and ELEMENT aquariums.

Energy efficient and 100% waterproof

LUMAX is 100% waterproof, as all diodes and electrical connections are protected by a fine layer of ultra-clear silicone. In addition, the diodes are covered by a transparent plastic film that provides extra protection against water splashes and makes it easier to keep the luminaire clean.

In LUMAX you also get an environmentally friendly lighting solution. The very high light output of up to approx. 135 lumens/W places LUMAX among the most energy-efficient aquarium lighting on the market.

Practical and well-thought-out accessories

Easily connect multiple lamps to one power supply with the practical Y-splitter cable, so that it is the beautiful light of the lamps and not the wires that adorn your aquarium. In addition, our powerful power supplies can handle multiple fixtures at a time. They are therefore also available in different sizes, so that you can cover your power needs with one and the same power supply. With our various mounting kits, you can choose whether your LUMAX lamps should be attached directly to the lid, for example on an older Effect-Lys fixture, whether it should sit under a plate or hang from the ceiling. You also have the option of extending the cable from the LUMAX lamp by 1.5 metres. Due to the voltage drop in longer cables, we do not recommend using more than one extension cable for each lamp.
